From a rooftop beer garden, we get this view. It's easy to forget we sit atop millennia of blood and culture. Thousands of years before Christ, during the Stone Age, strong Viking warriors settled here and built a city to last forever and a day. What would they think now of the quaint charm? How would they react to the hipsters and the girly men who drink their appletinis and snack on kale and walnut salads?
