Daneeta will perform with Reese Johanson and Jamie Neumann at the 2012 New Orleans Fringe Festival this weekend. “Flashback” is a collaborative dance/video performance exploring the movies that play in our heads and won’t get the hell out. It is part of the UNROUTE Cabaret.

UNROUTE is a contemporary cabaret of theatrical vignettes presented from multiple viewing points through space and in and out of our minds. It is a sprawling interdisciplinary experience of physical theater, dance, poetry, live music, storytelling, film and puppetry.
UNROUTE, encourages artists and audiences to follow different routes, uproots them from their norm, where new ideas are found rooting beyond imagination.
Since 2009, UNROUTE has presented as part of the New Orleans Fringe Festival.
Every year the show changes based on the participating artists and the theme presented.
In past years UNROUTE has grappled with the subjects of Relationships, Urbanism and Survival.
