I would love to watch the Tokyo Cowboys, where can I feast my eyes on your film? I am so intrigued, mostly because I have that nationalistic love for anything Japanese and being a foreigner in your country I think it would give me an insight I can relate to or be inspired by to let my own experience in London be a sequence of endless plots.
Another reason why I am writing to you is because I am an filmmaker as well, or to be honest, wannabe filmmaker, studying visual anthropology at goldsmith and currently in the middle of preparing for my final film to be shot in rural japan about my family. I was wondering if I could have a chat with you about my idea, I have been talking to very inspiring friends and tutors at college but am open to more feedback on my project. I have yet to ripen, I need knowledge from where I can get, so if you could find some time to have a chat I would really appreciate it.
