We interviewed and filmed Tyrin out on Cane Bayou on the Northshore. He navigated the canoe like he'd been doing it all his life, which he practically had thanks to LOOP. It was just one day we spent with him and one other day we met him randomly after Dan had died. He reiterated his love for LOOP and for cars. That was Tyrin out. A few weeks later we read in the paper he's been shot in his car in Bayou St. John. He was 19, which makes it even more senseless. And also: no one was held accountable for this shit.
