Met with Liz D. at NOVAC to discuss possible collaborations. The New Orleans Video Access Center has been around for 37 years. Wow! They are dedicated to helping independent filmmakers in New Orleans, but they also have a remit from the State to train below-the-line personnel to work on the influx of big budget films coming into the region to take advantage of the tax breaks.
